MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

* 8 years of experience in program management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
* Experience in identifying program bottlenecks and implementing effective
mitigation strategies before delivery is impacted and in running Agile
rituals, sprint planning, and road map execution to maintain team velocity.
* Ability to translate complex technical details into clear, strategic updates
for executive leadership.
* Ability to engage in architectural trade-offs and engineering discussions.
* Ability to align cross-functional teams and build consensus across
conflicting priorities.
* Ability to manage the execution of complex, cross-functional engineering
initiatives.
