nWe are actively seeking a full-time Auditor to join our growing US Employee Advantages Plan Audit team located in Mumbai, India.
nResponsibilities:

- n
- Read and understand Plan document, plan adoption agreement, and plan amendmentsn
- Reconcile census to payroll recordsn




- Design and execute audit plan for relevant compliance-based audit for the following areas:n

no Employee and employer deferrals
no Plan eligibility
no Investment income allocation
no Plan loans
no Benefit payments

- n
- Supervise a team of 1-2 people (For Senior level)n
- Read and understand IRS 5500 filingsn
- Read and understand TPA discrimination testing reports and findings/corrective actionsn
- Prepare/review GAAP based financial statement for employee benefit plansn

nQualifications:

- n
- 3 years of experience working in a public accounting firm.n
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.n
