RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the group.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop
effective recruitment strategies.
* Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools and
maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
* Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations throughout the
recruitment process.
* Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications,
skills, and fit for the organization.
* Coordinate with external agencies and partners for specialized recruitment
needs.
* Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Adani's reputation as
an employer of choice in the Airports industry.
* Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to
stakeholders.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
based on industry best practices.
* Support onboarding processes for current hires to ensure a smooth transition into
the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
