ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: India
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support business development activities to identify and evaluate current management and franchising opportunities under the guidance of the Business Development Director.
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations, and support the negotiation and finalisation of management and franchising agreements.
Conduct market research and data analysis to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the Indian hospitality market.
Assist in conducting basic financial feasibility studies and investment analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Support the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, investors, consultants, designers, architects, engineers, and governmental entities.
