nWhat we're looking for:

- 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success preferably with a B2B SaaS/product companyn
- Exposure to US and/or Middle East markets is preferredn
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skillsn
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product solutionsn
- Robust ownership and problem-solving mindsetn

nWhat you'll do:

- Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of Global B2B customersn




- Drive customer onboarding, product adoption, engagement, and retentionn
- Understand customer goals and ensure successful product implementationn
- Conduct regular customer check-ins, business reviews, and product discussionsn
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansionn
- Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction metricsn
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve customer issuesn
- Act as the voice of the customer and share feedback with internal teamsn
- Drive renewals and ensure a strong overall customer experiencen
