We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end hiring and help us build a robust IT team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Create and post JDs on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Source and shortlist candidates.
Conduct initial screening and interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews and candidate follow-ups.
Handle candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and pre-joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Requirements
2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT recruitment.
Solid hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
Positive sourcing, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
