We are looking for a Telecaller – Sales Executive to join Growbro.ai and help us connect with businesses, generate qualified leads, and book product demos.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers.
Introduce Growbro.ai and understand prospect requirements.
Qualify leads and identify genuine sales prospects.
Schedule product demos and meetings.
Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate lead and call records in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, meeting, and sales targets.
Work closely with the sales team to improve conversions.

What We're Looking For
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, BDE, or business development.




Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
Valuable convincing, listening, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and disciplined.
Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, software, digital marketing, or technology sales is a strong advantage.

Salary & Incentives
₹15,000–₹25,000 fixed salary
