Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer:

Minimum 5 Years of experience in Sales & Business Development Who can apply ·

BE/ B.Tech / MBA / Bachelor’s Degree in Business administrations / Diploma in engineering · Preferred if experience from Rotary equipment like Industrial centrifugal fans, blowers, compressors, Pumps ·

Experienced in driving business through Direct sales, EPC & OEM selling ·

Experienced in Creating & Implementing Brand awareness programs ·

Preferred experience from Segments: Wastewater treatment plant / Evaporation Plant / Distillery plant / Refinery & Petrochemical / Chemical / Dairy plant ·

Proficient in English language · Proficiency in MS Power point & MS office · C4C / SAP / CRM ·

Must be excellent team player Key Responsible Area · To carry out sales strategy & achieve sales target ·





To handle existing customers & ensure 100% retention. · Responsible for generating recent customers on a regular basis.

· Travel on regular basis ~15 days per month (All over India)

· To coordinate with Project team, Sales Manager, Proposal team & Marketing team

· Generating enquiries from recent / Existing customers

· To be responsible for maintaining Quotation to order ratio

· Responsible for Backoffice support to all Sales Managers

· Active participation to achieve organizational short term & long-term target

· Ready to travel out of India if required

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
