We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building solid client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate current business prospects through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other channels.

Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products or services.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to convert them into customers.

Prepare and deliver product/service presentations and sales proposals.

Negotiate with clients regarding pricing, terms, and other requirements within company guidelines.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

n
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

n
Participate in meetings, sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments, orders, and customer requirements where applicable.
