Possess 5–8 years of experience in developing and delivering high-quality software within agile teams.
Have at least 4 years of hands-on experience working with React, Typescript, and NodeJS.

Have successfully launched real products at scale and understand what it takes to maintain their quality over time.
Approach problems like a product engineer by focusing not only on “what works” but also on “what’s delightful” and “what’s essential.”
Are skilled at constructive disagreement, committing to decisions,
giving and receiving feedback, and collaborating effectively within a team.
Engage in side projects, contribute to open-source, or conduct in-depth explorations driven by genuine passion.
