Have at least 5 years of skilled experience working with React, Typescript, and NodeJS.
Write code thoughtfully, with empathy and pride—always considering the next person who will read it.
Have launched real products at scale and understand what is required to maintain them effectively.
Approach problems as a product engineer, focusing not only on “what works” but also on “what’s delightful” and “what’s essential.”
Are skilled at disagreeing respectfully, committing to decisions, giving and receiving feedback constructively, and collaborating as a team player.
Engage in side projects, contribute to open-source, or pursue in-depth explorations driven by your passion.
