Job Overview

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager – Dealer & Channel Sales to develop and expand our dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.

n

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in dealer appointment, channel development, market expansion and sales growth , preferably from the electrical, building materials, lighting, wiring accessories, cable management or interior products industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand the dealer, distributor and channel partner network .
n
Identify and appoint new dealers in existing and untapped markets.
n
Generate business through dealers and channel partners.
n
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
n
Manage and grow existing dealer relationships.
n
Conduct regular market and dealer visits.
n
Develop new territories and increase brand penetration.
n
Generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
n
Coordinate with dealers for quotations, orders, deliveries and payments.
n
Conduct product presentations and dealer training.
n
Build relationships with electrical contractors,



architects, interior designers and other influencers.
n
Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
n
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
n
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, dealer data and daily activity reports in CRM.
n
Work closely with the management and internal teams to achieve territory growth.
n

Candidate Profile

n

n
Graduate / Diploma / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
n
3–7 years of experience in dealer/channel sales.
n
Experience in electrical products, wiring accessories, lighting, building materials, interior products or related industries preferred.
n
Solid dealer and distributor network will be an advantage.
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
n
Strong knowledge of the local market and territory.
n
Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
n
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
n
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
n
