Job Title: Jewellery Sales Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide excellent service, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities:
Explain product features, designs, quality, pricing, and offers.
Build solid customer relationships and ensure a premium shopping experience.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions accurately.
Manage inventory, stock verification, and product replenishment.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.

Requirements:
Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two); Degree preferred.




1–3 years of experience in jewellery or retail sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust customer service and sales abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience is an advantage.
Presentable appearance with a positive attitude.
