About The Role
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
with strong B2B sales experience in
warehousing, logistics, supply chain, industrial services, or SaaS
.

The role involves driving new business for
warehouse safety consulting and technology-led solutions
, while building solid relationships with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, pitch, and close new B2B opportunities
Sell rack audit, structural safety consulting, and Digital Twin/software solutions
Build relationships with operations, safety, engineering, and procurement stakeholders
Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure
Support product demos, PoCs, and pilot projects




Track leads and sales performance through CRM tools
Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams
Conduct warehouse site visits for client engagement, industry mapping, and technology demonstrations

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of solid B2B sales experience
Experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, industrial services, or SaaS
Understanding of warehouse operations, racking systems, safety, and compliance
Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable selling both services and technology solutions

Education
Management / MBA with Engineering background (Civil/Mechanical preferred) or Sales & Marketing.
