Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Kurnool region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base in Kurnool.
Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Identify current business opportunities and foster robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.




Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales management.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Kurnool market.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel within the Kurnool region as required.
