Sales Counselor / Educational Counselor Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: Monday to Saturday Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred About the Role We are looking for Sales Counselors / Educational Counselors with experience in Digital Marketing/Education sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills and be comfortable handling leads, counseling students, and converting prospects into enrollments. Key Responsibilities • Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels. • Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs. • Conduct counseling sessions and explain course advantages, fees, and career opportunities. • Convert qualified leads into enrollments/admissions.



• Achieve individual and team sales targets. • Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information in CRM. • Build strong relationships with students and parents. Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Counseling, Educational Counseling, Inside Sales, or Digital Marketing sales. • Experience in EdTech/Education sales is preferred. • Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. • Target-oriented and self-motivated. • Good knowledge of lead conversion and follow-up processes. • English and Hindi – Mandatory. • Candidates available to work from Hyderabad. • Immediate joiners preferred.
