Requirements:
experience in Insurance/Tele-sales/BPO preferred
TL experience preferred
Solid team handling & target achievement skills
Valuable communication & sales skills
Knowledge of Excel/MIS preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage team performance & daily targets
Monitor calls, conversions & productivity
Coach agents and improve sales performance
Handle escalations & ensure process compliance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
