Role & responsibilities
Generate business prospects by identifying prospective students and promoting the organization's programs in assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, coordinators, and other stakeholders to strengthen brand presence and referral networks.
Conduct marketing activities, including school visits, seminars, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Handle parents' and students' inquiries, provide counseling, and resolve concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Experience and Key Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fiel
d.1–3 years of experience in marketing or business development,



preferably in the education secto
r.Solid communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skill
s.Experience in school visits, seminars, events, or promotional activities will be an advantag
e.Ability to handle student and parent inquiries with empathy and professionalis
m.Valuable presentation and counseling skill
s.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in assigned territorie
s.Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (or similar platforms
