Responsibilities:
Perform quality testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Conduct chemical analysis using laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
Ensure products meet defined quality specifications and standards.
Prepare and maintain test reports, COA, and quality records.
Handle instruments such as pH Meter, GC, HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, and other laboratory equipment.
Monitor in-process quality and report any deviations or non-conformities.
Maintain laboratory chemicals, reagents, and testing standards.
Follow SOP, GMP, GLP, and safety procedures during testing.
Support investigation of quality issues and implementation of corrective actions.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
