Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
Knowledge of the fastener manufacturing process.
Experience in Forging, Heat Treatment, Machining and Thread Rolling.
Knowledge of Surface Coating and finishing processes.
Experience in Dimensional and Coating Inspection.
Knowledge of Salt Spray Testing (SST) and Adhesion Testing.
Experience in NCR handling and corrective actions.
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools and 5-Why Analysis.
Understanding of SPC and basic PPAP documentation.
Robust problem-solving and quality improvement skills.
