Make outbound calls to prospective students or parents to promote computer education courses and certifications offered by the institute.
Address inquiries about courses, fees, and schedules, and guide prospects in selecting suitable programs.
Identify and qualify potential leads through phone conversations.
Maintain a database of prospective students and update it regularly.
Follow up with interested candidates to convert leads into enrollments.
Remind enrolled students about batch start dates, fee payments, and other key updates.
