Key Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Conduct physical and chemical testing as per specifications.
Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch.
Laboratory Testing & Analysis
Perform tests using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, pH Meter, Moisture Analyzer, etc.
Prepare test reports and maintain laboratory records.
Monitor manufacturing processes and provide technical support.
Investigate quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain SOPs, test methods, and laboratory documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits.
