About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer (Python) to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building modern web applications using Python, Quick API, React/Next.js, and PostgreSQL. You will be responsible for developing scalable frontend and backend solutions, designing robust APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React and Next.js.
Develop secure and efficient backend services using Python and FastAPI.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and schemas.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and OAuth2.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver business requirements.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.




Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application bottlenecks.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

Frontend:
Next.js 15+ (App Router, Server/Client Components, SSR)
React 18+ (hooks, component patterns)
TypeScript
API integration and data fetching (RESTful APIs, JSON)
Tailwind CSS or contemporary CSS frameworks
State management (Context API, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit)

Backend:
Python 3.10+ (async/await, type hints)
Rapid API (Pydantic models, dependency injection, API development)
PostgreSQL and SQL proficiency
ORM and migrations (SQL Alchemy async, Alembic)
Authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2)
RESTful API design and async programming

DevOps (Nice to have)
AWS services (EC2/ECS, RDS PostgreSQL, S3, CloudFront)
Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
Docker and containerization
CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
