nBuild RS Integrators' bench by identifying and converting IT consultants onto our W2 payroll. You own getting candidates from first contact to signed, onboarded consultant ready for the bench sales team to market.

nWhat You Own

Sourcing: Find and engage consultants open to a current opportunity — LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, your own network.n
Conversion: Get qualified candidates to say yes and complete onboarding. The number that matters is consultants signed and onboarded, not resumes collected.n
Qualification: Vet skills and experience level before handoff, so what you hand to bench sales is actually placeable.n

nRequired Qualifications

2–5 years IT recruiting experiencen
Robust English communication (phone, email, LinkedIn)n
Comfort with high-volume outreach and follow-upn
Working knowledge of US IT staffing and employment processesn
