nWe are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team in a leadership capacity, someone who can own client delivery, manage relationships, and mentor the team across engagements.

nROLE OVERVIEW
nAs a Manager, Chartered Accountant at Bloomtree, you will lead delivery across accounting, compliance, due diligence, and Virtual CFO engagements for a portfolio of clients. You will manage client relationships directly,



review the work of semi qualified accountants and accounts assistants, and contribute to proposals and engagement letters.
nThis is a leadership role that demands technical depth, ownership of client outcomes, and the ability to manage multiple engagements and team members at the same time.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nTeam Coordination

Supervise and coordinate daily work with Articles and junior employeesn
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure quality output across the teamn
Mentor Articles through practical training and structured reviewsn
Conduct regular team check-ins to monitor progress and resolve blockersn

nCompliance Management

Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances are tracked and completed on timen
Maintain a compliance calendar covering GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other applicable filingsn
Flag risks proactively and implement corrective actions before deadlinesn
