Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and proactive Relationship Officer to join our Sales department, focusing on Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). This role is pivotal in driving the bank's outreach and engagement with FPOs,



facilitating financial inclusion, and supporting the growth of rural enterprises. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services landscape, particularly in rural and agricultural sectors, and demonstrate solid interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with FPO clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze client needs, offer tailored financial solutions, and contribute to the bank's mission of empowering underserved communities through cutting-edge banking services.

Responsibilities:-

Develop and maintain robust relationships with Farmer Producer Organizations to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
Conduct detailed assessments of FPOs’ financial health and creditworthiness to facilitate loan disbursal and other banking services.
