Job Responsibilities:

 Responsible to counsel the patients with issues pertaining to administrative procedure for availing Corporate Plans

 Coordinates with the corporates for admissions and approval.

 Coordinate with concerned Consultants and respective corporates to facilitate patient care.

 Settles any disputes with patients at the time of billing.

 Supervises and trains worker performing clerical tasks and collection activities.

 Initiates and answers patient’s correspondence.

 Prepare reports showing numbers and amounts of collection, delinquent accounts and related matters.

 Responsible for the imparting/organizing for functional training for the department staff





 Display the standard protocol of service as per KIMS culture while handling patients / patient attendants

 Keep a track on the TATs defined and adhered to the same

 Maintain positive interpersonal relationships with Doctors , Patients , Corporate Representatives and other departments

 Should be aware of all the Tariffs as per the Corporate agreements and verify the same while billing

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
