nRole Description
nWe're looking for a Creative Lead who lives and breathes branding and packaging design. You'll own the creative vision across brand identity and packaging projects,



working closely with clients or internal stakeholders across categories, and mentoring a small team of designers to bring bold, strategic, and commercially sound design to life

nWhat You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end creative direction for branding and packaging projects — from strategy and concept to final production filesn
Translate brand strategy and business objectives into distinctive visual identities and packaging systemsn
Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing creative feedback and raising the quality barn
Present concepts and creative rationale confidently to clients/stakeholders and defend design decisionsn
Collaborate with account management, strategy, and production teams to ensure ideas are executed on time and on briefn
Stay hands-on when needed — sketching, art directing, or refining designs yourselfn
Ensure design consistency and brand guideline adherence across all touchpoint
