Job Brief:- The role involves leading and managing the sales and service operations within the Microfinance and Individual Banking (MFIB) division at AU Small Finance Bank Limited. This position requires strategic oversight to drive business growth,



enhance customer experience, and ensure operational excellence across the division. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a diverse team, and fostering solid relationships with clients to achieve financial targets and uphold the bank's commitment to inclusive banking services.

Responsibilities:-

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and service strategies tailored to the MFIB segment to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
