Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Monitor sales performance and improve store productivity.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain visual merchandising, stock availability, and store standards.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two
3+ years of retail management or leadership experience.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
