We are looking for a

Support Specialist

to manage production support for a major US-based specialty retailer.
In this role, you’ll deliver

L2/L3 support

across Oracle Micros Xstore / Xcenter environments and key integrations like JDA and financial systems. We need someone proficient with

T-SQL

and

Python , with solid hands-on experience in Xstore configuration and troubleshooting.
Time Zone:

Candidates must be ready to work in the

CST time zone

to align with US retail operations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:

3+ years in customer/user support, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in

Micros Xstore .
Database & Scripting Skills:

Proficiency in

T-SQL

/ SQL Server (2012/2016) and familiarity with

Python .
Functional Expertise:

Deep knowledge of Xstore functionality, configuration, and retail enterprise settings.
Integrations:

Familiarity with

JDA integration

and enterprise financial systems.
Problem-Solving Mindset:

Self-directed in troubleshooting with robust communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
