nKey Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Accountancy and/or Business Studies for Grades XI–XII (CBSE).n
Prepare students for board examinations with a strong focus on conceptual clarity, application, and problem-solving.n
Design assessments, assignments, and activities that build analytical and critical thinking skills.n
Support students with academic guidance, doubt-solving,



and exam readiness strategies.n
Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development initiatives.n

nQualifications & Skills

B.Ed degree is mandatory.n
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Accountancy/Business Studies for senior secondary (CBSE preferred).n
Strong subject knowledge with the ability to simplify complex financial and business concepts.n
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.n
Passion for teaching with a student-first mindset.n
Familiarity with digital tools and modern teaching methodologies.n
