About the RolenJ S B L & Co. is looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our Business Advisory team. The role will involve working closely with clients across various industries and assisting them with financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, analysis.
nThe ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting and financial statements, good analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and management.

Key Responsibilitiesn
n
Preparation and review of monthly MIS and management reportsn
Preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statementsn
Analysis of financial performance, profitability, costs and key business metricsn
Preparation of budgets, forecasts and variance analysisn




Assisting clients with financial planning and business decision-makingn
Developing and tracking KPIs and financial dashboardsn
Conducting periodic reviews of receivables, payables, working capital and cash flowsn
Coordinating with client teams for accounting, reporting and financial datan
Identifying financial and operational issues and providing practical insightsn
Assisting in preparation of presentations and reports for management / promotersn
Supporting the senior team in business advisory and client assignmentsn
Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and quality of financial reporting

Candidate ProfilenQualification:

Chartered Accountant – 1–2 years of experience preferredn
Freshers / newly qualified CAs are also welcomen

nSkills Required:

Strong understanding of financial statements and accountingn
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheetsn
