n Business Strategy & Growth:

Develop and execute strategies to expand Yuma’s footprint across Hyderabad.n
Identify and capitalize on current business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the region.n
Drive city and regional business performance with a focus on key metrics such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.n

nP&L; Management:

Own the P&L; for Hyderabad operations and ensure financial targets are met across multiple city units.n
Optimize costs while maintaining high operational efficiency and top-quality service.n
Monitor regional financial data, tracking market-level KPIs,



and make data-driven strategic decisions.n

nOperations Management:

Oversee end-to-end operations across logistics, supply chains, and customer experience for Hyderabad.n
Establish scalable processes and implement best practices for efficiency and consistency across cities.n
Manage and strengthen relationships with key partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies in the region.n

nTeam Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead multi-city, cross-functional teams across business development, operations, and support.n
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.n
