nBEAM is building play-led after-school experiences for children aged 1–8, through thoughtfully designed, age-appropriate activities. We are looking for passionate activity providers, enrichment specialists, coaches, artists, and facilitators to join BEAM’s founding partner network.
n
nThis is a founding prospect for individuals or small teams who already conduct high-quality children’s activities and want to bring their expertise to more families through BEAM. We are looking for partners across movement, dance, art, storytelling, theatre, music, STEM, sensory play, yoga, martial arts, confidence-building, and other child-focused experiences.
n
nThe role combines delivering engaging sessions for children with helping BEAM shape high-quality, repeatable activity experiences that can work consistently across homes, facilitators, and cities.

n Key Responsibilities

Conduct 50–60 minute activity sessions for children aged 1–8.n




Collaborate with the core team to design and refine age-appropriate curricula.n
Pilot current curriculum modules and provide structured feedbackn
Follow defined curriculum, session structure, and ritualsn
Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive developmentn
Participate in training, pilots, and quality reviews

nWe are open to activity providers across areas: Movement (Dance, Yoga, Gymnastics, Martial arts / MMA basics, Sports, etc.); Art, creativity, and Sensory play; Storytelling, theatre, and dramatics; Music and rhythm; STEM/science fun; Life skills through play; Other early childhood enrichment programs.
