Job Description About the role:

n Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or servicesn
Respond efficiently and accurately to our clients, explaining possible solutions, andn
ensuring that clients feel supported and valuedn
Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based onn
trust and reliabilityn
Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriatelyn




Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellentn
and consistent customer servicen
Maintain and update customer information as necessary in databasen
Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriaten
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assignedn
Ensure Zero compliance issues in terms of call qualityn
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert them into customersn

Graduate or Diploma holder in any field Minimum 2 years of experience in Outbound callingn
