Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: Enter, track, and manage sales orders from booking to final delivery, payment followup with client
Customer Support: Answer client questions, resolve complaints, and give prompt service updates.
Data & Reporting: Maintain CRM databases, manage sales MIS, and build performance tracking spreadsheets.
Team Coordination: manage sales collateral.
Cross-Department Link: Work with finance, marketing, and logistics to coordinate campaigns and fulfillment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales support, administration, or customer service roles.
Software Skills: Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
Communication: Transparent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients and internal teams.
Organization: High attention to detail, multitasking aptitude, and robust time-management skills.
