We’re looking for someone who understands content, trends, and what actually works on social media. Your job will be to plan what kind of content should go out, why it should go out, and what result it should bring.
Responsibilities:
Create platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Track trends and come up with content ideas accordingly
Write transparent briefs, hooks, and scripts
Coordinate with creators, editors, and the marketing team
Analyze what’s working and what’s not, and plan accordingly
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in content strategy
Solid understanding of trends, formats, and user behavior
Valuable writing skills + clarity of thought
Comfortable using AI tools or picking them up quickly
