Yogi Intermediates is expanding its sales and business development team, and we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who wants to do more than just manage existing customers.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys finding new markets, opening new accounts, developing customers and turning prospects into business.
/n
You will play a key role in expanding Yogi Intermediates across India and international markets , working closely with customers across specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, electronics and other industrial segments.
/n
What You Will Own /n
/n
Identify and develop recent domestic and international customers .
/n
Build a robust pipeline of prospective customers, distributors and strategic partners.
/n
Take ownership of the sales cycle — lead generation → enquiry → quotation → negotiation → order → repeat business .
/n
Develop new markets and applications for our existing and upcoming product portfolio.
/n
Build long-term relationships with customers and understand their technical & commercial requirements.
/n
Work closely with R&D;, Production, Quality and Logistics teams to convert opportunities into successful business.
/n
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to identify current opportunities.
/n
Participate in international exhibitions, customer visits and business meetings .
/n
Develop and execute market-entry strategies for new products and geographies.
/n
Contribute directly to the company's revenue growth and expansion strategy .
