The Compensation & Advantages Sr. Associate is responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Compensation and Benefits modules within Oracle Fusion HCM.
This role ensures accurate setup and maintenance of employee compensation structures and benefits programs, aligning with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. The associate plays a critical role in delivering high-quality managed services support, enhancements, and continuous improvements across Oracle HCM Compensation and Advantages processes.
Compensation Management:
End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Compensation module.
Configure:
Compensation plans, salary components, bonus structures, and incentive plans
Eligibility profiles, approval workflows, and compensation cycles
Support compensation cycles:
Merit increases
Bonus payouts
Promotion and adjustment processes
Manage and configure:
Compensation worksheets and budgets
Guidelines and validation rules
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate compensation strategies into system configurations.
Ensure alignment with organizational compensation policies and market benchmarks.
Ability to understand U.S. and global compensation structures and practices.
Benefits Management:
Design and configure benefit plans, program types, options, and eligibility profiles.
