Location: Visakhapatnam

Job Type: Full Time

Work Type: Onsite

Shift Timing: 6:30PM-3:30AM (Night shifts)

Experience : 8–12 years

Job Description:

Windows Server & Active Directory
Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration
Domain level integrations
Networking – LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing & Switching
Enterprise Firewalls, VPN & Network Security, Rules
Enterprise Wi-Fi / Wireless Access Points
VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization, any other virtualization infra
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Endpoint Management & Security
Infrastructure Monitoring & Troubleshooting
IT Vendor / MSP Management
Incident Management and Root-Cause Analysis
ISO & other compliance and IT framework experience

Leadership & Qualified Skills:
Ability to lead and guide IT infrastructure/support team members.
Solid team coordination, task delegation and follow-up skills.




Ability to take ownership of critical IT incidents and infrastructure issues.
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure.
Ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact and urgency.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to coordinate effectively with management, business teams, vendors and MSPs.
Proactive approach toward identifying infrastructure risks and implementing improvements.
Ability to work independently during the night shift and manage critical situations with minimal supervision.
