Hotel Kanha Shree by Cosmos Green is looking for an experienced and well-spoken Captain to join our Food & Beverage team.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations
Handle guest service and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff
Take orders and ensure timely service
Maintain hygiene and service standards
Manage staff duties during shifts

Requirements:
Previous experience as Captain or similar role
Positive communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of F&B; service standards
Pleasant personality and guest-focused approach
Willingness to work in shifts
