About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for digital, social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional content
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives
Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and background music
Ensure brand consistency in all edited videos
Optimize videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics.
Required Skills:
2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing.
Have a portfolio to showcase the skills.
Proficiency in tools such as:
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
Final Cut Pro
Photoshop & Illustrator (basic knowledge preferred)
Strong understanding of video formats, codecs,
and export settings
Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is a plus
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Attributes
Experience working with brands or digital marketing agencies.
Experience in handling Government social media video editing (Added Advantage)
Understanding of current social media trends.
