Telephone Operator

Location: Indorewala ENT Hospital | Nashik

Role Summary

We are looking for a courteous and productive Telephone Operator to manage incoming calls, coordinate patient appointments, and ensure smooth communication between patients and hospital staff. The role is crucial in creating a positive first impression of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments accurately
Provide correct information regarding doctors, timings, and hospital services
Coordinate messages between patients and clinical/administrative staff
Maintain call records and appointment logs
Ensure prompt and polite responses to patient queries

Requirements:




Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi:
Clear and confident phone etiquette
Robust coordination and multitasking ability
Basic computer knowledge and comfort using hospital systems
Willingness to work early morning and late evening shifts
Availability to work on Sundays
