The Opportunity

We are looking for a Web Graphic Designer who lives and breathes digital aesthetics. At Quadrant Technology, we don’t just build websites; we build digital experiences for a global tech audience.

Key Responsibilities
Web & UI Design: Create stunning, responsive website layouts, landing pages, and microsites that align with our brand identity.
Figma Ecosystem Management: Maintain and expand our Figma design system (components, variants, and auto-layout) to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Prototyping: Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flow and interactions to stakeholders and developers.
Developer Handoff: Ensure a seamless transition from design to code by providing clean, organized Figma files with clear specifications.
Visual Storytelling: Translate complex technical data and IT solutions into clean, up-to-date icons, infographics, and illustrations.

Technical Requirements
Figma (Must-Have): Advanced mastery of Figma is non-negotiable.



You should be an expert in Auto-Layout, Components, Variants, and Library Management.:
Adobe Creative Suite: High proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation and photo manipulation.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in web design, UI design, or digital graphic design.
Responsive Mindset: A deep understanding of grid systems, mobile-first design, and web accessibility (WCAG).
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing web-specific projects, UI layouts, and a clean, corporate-up-to-date aesthetic.

Nice-to-Haves
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (enough to know what's possible to build).
Experience with Framer, Webflow, or similar no-code site builders.
Knowledge of UX principles (user research, wireframing, and usability testing).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
