Telecaller - Walnut Child Development Clinic

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to parents for enquiry conversion, appointment booking, and follow-ups for therapy and assessment services.
Explain Walnut’s child development programs clearly and empathetically, addressing parent concerns with accuracy and confidence.
Maintain and update lead data, call logs, and follow-up status in CRM or internal trackers.
Coordinate with therapists and the front desk to ensure smooth scheduling and closure of leads.
Achieve daily and monthly call, follow-up, and conversion targets as assigned.
Ensure skilled communication, confidentiality, and positive brand representation at all times.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
