Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and control production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.
Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Supervise, train, and manage production staff to maintain high performance.
Manage inventory of raw materials, equipment, and finished goods.
Collaborate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to optimize production flow.
Prepare reports on production output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
Solid knowledge of production management, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in production management software and MS Office.
