Machine Setup: Install and align tools, fixtures, and workpieces based on job specifications and setup sheets.
Program Management: Load and edit CNC programs, setting up tool offsets and work coordinates (datums).
First-Off Inspection: Produce, inspect, and approve the first component using metrology equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Adjust machine parameters (speeds, feeds) to ensure quality and efficiency, reducing cycle times.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment to ensure peak performance.
Support: Assist operator teams with tool changes and troubleshoot setup issues

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
