Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychosocial assessments of patients and families.
Provide individual, group, and family counselling sessions.
Develop rehabilitation and discharge planning for patients.
Coordinate community resources and support services.
Maintain case records, progress notes, and reports.
Assist in behaviour management and psychoeducation programs.
Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.
Facilitate family meetings and caregiver support programs.
Eligibility Criteria
MSW / MPhil in Psychiatric Social Work / Medical & Psychiatric Social Work.
Experience in mental health, rehabilitation, or hospital setting preferred.
Positive communication, counselling, and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
