Job Title: Telecaller Executive (Female)

Location: Perundurai, Erode

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to follow up on generated leads.
Clearly explain company products/services and convert leads into confirmed sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely closure of sales.
Coordinate with customers for payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection of dues.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads status, sales conversions, and payment details.
Address customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns over calls.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts team regarding order confirmation and payment status.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Any graduate/diploma (experience preferred, freshers can also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is an added advantage).
Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
